Note: Age will be calculated as on 31st December, 2016. Player should not be more than 11,14,17, and 19 year as on 31st December, 2016. If the age of player is more than his age group he/she would participate in next age group.
आयु वर्ग गणना ३१ दिसम्बर, २०१६ के आधार पर की जाएगी | खिलाडी की आयु ३१ दिसम्बर, २०१६ को 12,14,17,19 व 25 वर्ष से कम होनी चाहिए. अगर उसकी आयु ज्यादा है तो वो खिलाडी अगले आयु वर्ग में खेलेगा| स्टेट एसोसिएशन, कोच, मेनेजर, और स्कूल से निवेदन है की वो अभिभावको से नो ऑब्जेक्शन सर्टिफिकेट लेले| खेल या रहने के स्थान पर कोई दुर्घटना होने पर हम केवल प्राथमिक सहायता ही प्रदान करेगे| हमारा कोई भी सदस्य,नेशनल या स्टेट एसोसिएशन, खेल या यात्रा दोरान किसी भी प्रकार की चोट या दुर्घटना के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा|

If the age of player is more than his age group he/she would participate in next age group. State Associations, Coaches, schools are requested to kindly collect N.O.C. from parents. In case of any mis-happening or accident at venue we will provide first aid treatment only. State or National Association, Coach, Manager and our member will not be responsible for any injury or accident during the transportation.
